Qualitiv was founded by Jez Touch. Jez was a founder of www.propertysecrets.net and was its Technical Director for 8 years while the company grew from 3 people to a team of over 50.

Before that he cut his teeth on enterprise software development through time at Sema and Schlumberger.

He has a deep understanding of both client and server-side web software, including html/javascript/css on the client side, and PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache software stacks on the server side.
